Prairie Breeze is a local Iowa cheese!! Made from cow’s milk, its flavor is medium sharp, sweet & creamy with hints of nuttiness and subtle notes of grass.
Four time national blue-ribbon award winner.
Les Trois Petit Cochons (TheThree Little Pigs) crafts some of America’s best pâté and charcuterie, hand-making a complete line of award-winning artisanal pâtés, mousses, terrines, sausages, saucissons, smoked meats and other French specialties.
Currently we have both pâté and saucissons.
Sofia, made in Indiana by Capriole Farms-one of the best goat cheese makers in the US, is a bloomy-rind goat’s milk cheese marbled with a thin layer of ash. Its one week aging lends to its velvety texture and delicate, slightly sweet and bright flavor.
Pair with a crisp, light white or sparkling wine.
Zingerman’s Pimento Cheese Spread is made with sharp, coarsely ground 1-year cheddar, a little mayo, roasted piquillo peppers, cayenne and a dash of salt and pepper. It is a chunky, slightly spicy and thoroughly delicious cheese spread.
It is sure to become one of your favorites!
Pleasant Ridge Reserve, an alpine-style cheese with outstanding complexity, is made from grass-fed milk. The rich & hearty milk imparts well-balanced flavors of cream, caramel and nuts, ending with a hint of fruitiness. Best in Show winner at the American Cheese Society’s annual conference in 2001, 2005, and 2010.

Quark, a German-style cheese similar to old-fashioned cream cheese but MUCH smoother, silkier and tastier. Pair it with a sweet berry jam on toast.
Driftless Cheese, made by Hidden Springs Creamery, a scrumptious sheep’s milk cheese with tomatoes and garlic- a wickedly flavorful combination.
Mt. Tam, Cowgirl Creamery’s most popular cheese, is an elegant triple-creme cheese made with organic milk and flavors of cultured butter with hints of mushroom and earthiness. A true American original, Mt Tam has won dozens of awards, too many to share.

Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Spread is made with Alaska Wild Fish Co.’s premium Salmon fillets that are smoked to perfection, blended with the finest fresh cream cheese and is free from BGH, antibiotics, and preservatives. The best spread we tried!
